The “Teams” page is updated with what we believe is the final list of teams. If you think you should be on it and you’re not, you better contact Jeff and I ASAP. We are closing the list on Sunday so we can complete the brackets. Coaches, All of you have been great dealing with the new system, but now it’s our turn. Please make sure all your issues are complete before calling or E-Mailing us. Only completing a few items and telling us your done is just another step neither of us needs to take and is really slowing down the approval process. When you think you are all done with the items I said need to be done or items the system has listed, check the issues on your team one last time and make sure you have [...] The tournament draw will be held at the Buchanan Softball Complex at 7 pm on Tuesday 6/15. All teams are invited and it only takes about 15 minutes to complete. The completed brackets should be posted late that same night. It is CRITICAL that all teams log on to your RegisterASA.com “Homeplate” and make sure your 3 indicators are as follows: Status : Approved If they are not you must contact Jeff Dean immediately. I have updated the team list. It is important that everyone looks to see if it is correct. All questions need to be directed to Jeff Dean ASAP! We have finally received the berth allocations for 2010. As expected, we will have 4 berths in all GFP-A age groups. Let’s use them all and get some teams in the top 20 at the USA/ASA tournaments. All 16U and 18U “A” travel teams must be registered and have all their required registration documents and fees to Jeff Dean by June, 4 2010. RegisterASA.com has many issues that are prompting this early deadline. The deadline for 10U/12U/14U to register is today. Jeff and I have been sorting through information all day and have compiled the list of teams we have as of this posting. Please view the list on this site at “Youth/A Travel/Team List” and make sure your 10U/12U/14U team is listed. If you think you should be on the list and you are not, contact Jeff Dean ASAP. We will go through the other requirements in the next few days. Everything needs to be to Jeff NOW!!! This should work for the majority of coaches. Each coach needs to login to RegisterASA separately. When the Team Administrator added a coach he should have checked the “Send a welcome e-mail” box. That e-mail would have been sent to the coach being registered (check your spam folder). The coach can now logon to complete his profile and start the background check process. If you never received the welcome e-mail, go to www.registerasa.com and click lost password. A password reset link will be e-mailed to you (check your spam folder).
