This should work for the majority of coaches.
Each coach needs to login to RegisterASA separately. When the Team Administrator added a coach he should have checked the “Send a welcome e-mail” box. That e-mail would have been sent to the coach being registered (check your spam folder). The coach can now logon to complete his profile and start the background check process.
If you never received the welcome e-mail, go to www.registerasa.com and click lost password. A password reset link will be e-mailed to you (check your spam folder).
Depending on when you registered, your A.C.E. and background may have been included on your invoice or you may need to purchase it separately, it all comes out to the same cost. We changed a setting in mid January. On your “Homeplate” the A.C.E. will either say paid or purchase (included or not included with registration).
On your “Homeplate”, click Background check to start it. Once the background check shows cleared you can start A.C.E.
